I like fruit. But, I'm not a HUGE fruit eater. I try to get my servings of fresh fruit in with smoothies.
I am not a fan of milk-based smoothies so I do it super easy:
-Orange Juice
-Fruit
-Ice
Yep. that's it. I try different combos of fruits for different tastes but my favorite is 1/2 cup orange juice (sugar free), 5 or 6 whole strawberries and half a banana. That is what is in this cup.
Now, go and eat some fruit. No excuses. And for the love of God try to have pitty on me for being a Browns fan.
